Spongebob Dental Surgery

Poor SpongeBob. They trolled him when they quietly slipped him spoiled food, and now he has mouth full of crap. This cleaning will require damn strong character. If you are aware of insects, do not even apply. Oh, what a luck that this flyswatter is nearby. I am sure that it is going to be really useful. Bug spray? Will be handy, too. Everything must be taken away, including all rotten teeth. Help SpongeBob get his originally shiny smile. Have fun.
