Cloud Wars Snowfall

It has been snowing so much during last days... it is only clouds that are fighting among themselves for supremacy up there. Their greatest importance lies in the fact that they cause falling of rain or snow and that water from the atmosphere gets back to the surface through them. And now, when such battle atmosphere is present, we, humans, experience blizzards and heavy rains. Try to end this tense situation.
