Snake

Snake is a modern browser version of the classic arcade game. Guide the snake around the board, collect food, grow longer, and avoid crashing into walls, obstacles, poison apples, or your own body.

This version keeps the simple rules that made Snake easy to learn, while adding several optional game modes for players who want a fresh challenge. You can play the original Classic mode, wrap through the edges in Portal Maze, race against increasing speed in Time Rush, avoid poison apples, chase moving food, or start inside a Tiny Arena that grows as your score improves.

Before each run, you can choose a game mode, language, sound setting, and movement style. Keep the traditional grid-based feel or switch to smoother movement for a more modern visual experience.

Game Modes

• Classic: The original Snake experience. Eat food, grow longer, and avoid walls and your own body.
• Portal Maze: The snake wraps through the edges of the board, but every bite adds a new wall. The open board slowly becomes a maze.
• Time Rush: Each bite makes the snake move faster. This mode is ideal for players who want a quick reflex challenge.
• Poison Apple: White food increases your score, while red poison apples end the run. Careful movement matters more than speed.
• Golden Trail: The snake leaves a temporary trail behind. The trail fades, but touching it too early ends the game.
• Tiny Arena: Start in a small arena and earn more space as your score grows. The early game is tight and tactical.
• Hunt Mode: The food tries to move away from the snake. Predict where it will go and cut it off before the board gets crowded.
