Summer Sports: Javelin

Javelin throw is one of the oldest sports in our history. It was part of the Ancient Olympic Games almost three thousand years ago. Try to master this discipline from ancient Greek times, and amaze all spectators with your unbelievable performance. However, I would advise you to train technique before you jump into the real competition. Gain momentum as you are running and gathering speed, and then release the javelin before you cross the line.
